Laugh Out Loud!
This is the perfect anecdote for a Friday afternoon sitting at my desk at work on a beautiful sunny day dying to go home! I was laughing out loud!

Life is what you make it...
We are here just busy as usual. End of school details, Kindergarten paperwork, ready for summer to be here so we can enjoy being outside. We had a chicken escape last weekend, as in all 14 chickens. I had this great idea of letting the chickens out of the coop, it was such a nice day last Sunday. I made a makeshift pen with chicken wire kind of just propped up in a circle. Well the little stinkers figured out how to scoop under the wire in less then 10 minutes! We had chickens in the woods and chickens under the coop, we almost had chicken soup with Brian chasing them around with a broom and cussing the entire time! It is extremely funny NOW... The chickens are getting huge, and some are even letting us pet them, I think they miss the hustle and bustle of being in the house.
Summer Schedule is upon us.
Saturday = Racing and Saturday evenings spent at the Race Track. I load up the Jogger with a diaper bag, canvas bag, travel high chair, 3 blankets, 3 jackets, 3 sweatshirts, bug spray, 1 bag of 6 toy trucks, baby food, bottles, hot water, milk, chips, mosquito net, ear plugs, oh and 1 baby and 1 little boy who walks so patiently and listens very well as we make our voyage from the pits to the stands to set up camp. Asa LOVES going to the races just like any other 5 year old little boy does! He picks out his favorite car every feature and he roots for them the whole race. It's usually someone we know or we're friends with but he picks them out himself and knows what color their car is! Except when Daddy is out on the track and then there is extreme excitement with "GO DADDY GO!!!!" and that is the ONLY car he's watching...
I will try to update more often. Asa is doing some exciting stuff and Gracyn is growing way too fast. It's all such a blur I wish that time could slow down just a little so I have more time to enjoy everything I'm missing!

It's a little blurry, hard to keep a 7 mo. old and 8 mo. old still enough for a photo opp! |
